摘要: Active particles are widely recognized to potentially revolutionize technologies in numerous biomedical applications. However, the physical origin behind cellular uptake of these particles in the nonequilibrium state remains scarcely understood. In this lecture, I will report Brownian dynamics simulation as well as theoretical analysis providing the criterion for cellular uptake of active particles, related to various physical attributes. We analyze these results by developing analytical theories that reveal the physical origin of various energetic contributions and dissipations governed by the dynamic interplay between these attributes and activity. The results might provide new insights into the nonequilibrium physics at cellular interfaces and be of immediate interest to designing activity-mediated systems for the desired biomedical applications. 简历: 清华大学长聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者。长期从事软物质特别是生命软物质体系的基础理论研究,提出并系统发展了软物质熵调控策略。在发展新的计算模型与理论方法、探索将现代软凝聚态理论与传统高分子物理结合等方面取得系列理论创新成果。在PRL, JACS, Nat Comm, Sci Adv等杂志发表理论为主的文章一百余篇,出版中英文专著3部。现任中国化学会高分子学科委员会委员,Chinese Journal of Polymer Science副主编,ACS Maco Lett,Giant等杂志编委。先后获得德国洪堡学者基金,国家基金委优秀青年基金、杰出青年基金和重点项目等项目资助。 |
